Best Careers for the DSM-IV "Skilled"

My career counselor in high school always encouraged us all to "play to our strengths" when selecting a career. Folks who suffer from anything listed in the DSM-IV (the bible of diagnosing many things in the mental health field) as I do might appreciate the fact that I have done a bit of brainstorming with my groovy social worker pal, B.

okay, even YOU have to admit that this was pretty funny?

It's amazing how we can take our pain and twist it into little pockets of laughter (or tears, or whatever). Humor has saved many a life, so don't let it get away from you. When nothing is ever funny anymore, THEN it's time to jump into the tornado until things get shifted and twisted around. No funny is not a funny thing at all. Keep finding ways to poke and prod, and you stay alive.
